Period- a period is a two minute round in a match. There are 3 periods to every match
Headgear- The protective piece gear you wear on your head to prevent cauliflower ear
Cauliflower Ear- a damaged ear that looks gross due to torn cartilage in the ear
Ankle band- a band you are given at the beginning of the match it will either be red or green
Scrub- an opponent who is not very skilled
Stud- an opponent who is very skilled
Lanky- an opponent who is typically skinny with extremely long limbs
Singlet- the single piece of clothing your wear typically made out a stretchy material such as spandex
On Deck- the match that will immediately follow the current match
In the Hole- the match that follows the match that is on deck
Cutting Weight- the act in which lose weight
